Un hôtel que j aime beaucoup retrouver après mes séjours au Mustang J ai découvert cet hôtel en 2019 lors d un circuit a Lower Mustang. Cette fois ci après 10 jours à Upper Mustang, c est avec bonheur que j ai retrouvé cet hôtel avec un personnel très accueillant et très souriant : ils peuvent s occuper facilement de votre checking pour le vol afin de redescendre à Pokhara ( vue extraordinaire de la terrasse) des chambres spacieuses et propres avec une douche où l eau est bien chaudeLa bouilloire dans la chambre est très appréciable On y mange excellemmentJ ai eu une surprise pour finir mon trek : so funny

Jai Muktinath Visit From Oms The stay has a amazing view. People are very helpfull and so warm. They go out of the way to support you. It is an outstanding place managed with limited resource. The team was very co.operative. The cheese omlete nad honey potato are something to die for . And the trip is jot fullfilled without a khukri punch they make.

I came for the fame and comforts of the hotel, I stayed extra for the hospitality from the staff I came to Jomson after spending a night in Muktinath. I had crossed the pass in bad weather, and was keen to experience the best civilization had to offer. I didnt have much expectations from Jomson, but tripadvisor gave good ratings to Hotel Oms Home. I walked into a cosy courtyard, and so far it resembled a home stay. Then I noticed a cafe that opened on the main road, adjacent to the hotel which also opened into the courtyard. On the right, there was a glass walled dining area. All three places had great views of the Annapurna range. Just that the cafe and dining area were warm places to soak in the views. The courtyard is great for al-fresco dining in the afternoon. Walking further inside, I was greeted with aesthetically pleasing decor. Thoughtfull appointed, with paintings from local artists, flowering plants and paneled walls. A photo of Shri Amitabh Bachhan behind the reception informed me that along-with his crew had stayed in the hotel for the filming of the movie Khuda Gawah in 1984. It was then that I was met by Shri Krishna Subedi, the manager of the hotel. I am writing this review because of him. I stay in a lot of hotels, and most of them have a simple and unremarkable transaction. Once in a while you come across little gem that makes you make plans to visit again. Oms Home is a well run hotel, crisp linen, clean and cosy rooms, clear communications to ensure expectations are managed well, and then the little flourishes that delight. The Hotel has its small apple orchard and Hari from the team gave me a tour of the hotel and shared yarns about the magical land around Jomson. A special mention should be made of Shri Subedi. Like a quintessential British butler, Shri Subedi is very refined in his interactions, while communicating a warmth and care that is common the the hospitality of the Indian subcontinent. He was warm and friendly, but without any exaggerated action or speech. The value he brings is also demonstrated in the quiet efficiency of the staff. The food was great, place was clean and the hotel is an example of tightly run ship. I stayed there in September 2021, and as the worst of winter (the hotel can handle the weather in the depths of winter, I cant!) is behind us, I find myself planning another trip to the Jomson, primarily to experience the hospitality and warmth of Hotel Oms Home.

Another day in paradise. Om's home is two minute walk to the airport. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Very polite and friendly owner and staffs. Cozy and homely environment. The only hotel that has a heated bed throughout my trek from Pokhara, Ghandruk, Ghorepani, Tato pani, Muktinath and upper mustang. Food is very fresh and delicious. Himalayan Java cafe is inside the premises. I highly recommend it to everyone. This is gonna be my place everytime i visit Jomsom.

Great stay. We stayed here twice and arranged our stay directly with them quite a long time before but all the communications were excellent and we also used them to arrange a guide. our guide was Hari and he was brilliant, he met us at the airport, and had a good plan organised for the whole five days and we had a superb time. the hotel is interesting and spacious, we were quite early in the season so still quite cold but they supplied hot water bottles and hot showers were excellent too. the restaurant provided excellent meals as well, with a good menu veg or non veg and a fire to keep you warm. we couldn't fault the place and when the return flight couldn't make it in they arranged a jeep return journey to Pokhara immediately so we didn't lose any time, huge thank you to you all and Hari, a superb guide a great time thanks mate.

Bon resto à Jomsom Service rapide. Bon Rapport Qualité prix. Serveur sympa. Bien situé dans la rue principale de Jomsom. Près de l’aéroport. Grand p dans le menu. La Salle est chauffée au poêle si besoin. Et il y a une cour intérieure qui accueille une terrasse au sud. Bien agréable s’il y a du soleil.
